Undergraduate Programs

Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies (BALS)

The Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies program is designed for nontraditional students who want an engaging academic experience that is also flexible and convenient.  Students develop a solid foundation in math, science, literature, writing, and history. They also learn problem-solving, research, and computer skills valuable tools in any job market. Students choose a concentration, such as technology, business, pre-med, pre-law by working with their advisors and select a customized path that culminates with the capstone project where they have the opportunity to demonstrate the cumulative learning and abilities they obtained. Same curriculum is offer in both face-to-face classroom and highly interative, colllaborative online methods to faciliate different learning styles of students.  Students can choose to mix and match the two types of learning experince.

Bachelor of Science in Technology Management (BSTM)

The BSTM major will lead students to advanced positions in their respective professional areas. The administrative and management and  skills gained through the major will ensure an opportunity to advance in the field. Students develop a solid foundation in math, science, literature, writing, and history. They also learn problem-solving, research, and computer skills valuable tools in any job market. Students choose a concentration, such as technology, business by working with their advisors and select a customized path that culminates with the capstone project where they have the opportunity to demonstrate the cumulative learning and abilities they obtained. Graduate Programs

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Following the ACICS Accreditation Guidelines, the MBA program is designed to prepare managers for the fast-changing global economy. In additional to a solid foundation of Accounting, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Management, Venture-forming and Project Management, students develop analytical, leadership, and communication skills required for a career in management. Students can customize their education by developing a concentration focused on their career goals.

Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology (CSIT) 

CALMAT's Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology program not only helps you to understand the fundamental theories of computer science, but also enables you to master the practical problem solving skills in software engineering and networking.  Internship opportunities, many of them within walking distance to our Silicon Valley campus, get you solid working experince before your complete the master degree.


Master of Arts in Translation and Interpretation (MATI)

The Master Arts in Translation and Interpretation (MATI) program provides graduates with training in interpreting and translation leading to career as professional interpreters and/or translators. CALMAT’s MATI program differentiates itself from conventional translation degrees by infusing latest technology and management skills into the training and curriculum. The graduates of MATI program is unique capable of applying technology to translation and interpretation task and managing complex projects in the fields.

Master of System Integration (MSI)

Master’s in Medical Information Systems (MedInfo)

Designed according to the competencies outlined by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Information and Information Management (CAHIIM), MedInfo degree provides the skills necessary to manage, install, maintain and secure medical and health related information systems including websites, database, security, image systems and networks. New electronic medical records required by federal government and patient privacy mandates have created an increased demand for IT professionals in health care settings. MedInfo helps learners to use information management and security to support efficient, accurate health care delivery and management. Many IT professionals pursuing health information management or consulting positions in hospitals, clinics, and health care systems will find the MedInfo degree perfectly fits their need for career advances.

These certificates offer non-matriculated students the opportunity to earn academic certificates in areas of interest that are fully recognized by California University of Management and Technology.

Certificate Program requirements typically involve fulfillment of outcomes equivalent to 4 or 5 specified courses. Minimum required credits are 18.
